money may come to you literally as soon as you ask for
it. Once you have an established blog with a regular
readership, it is easy to turn a profit through advertising.
By hosting sponsored links or banners, you can see
income from your hobby almost overnight. Even if you
did not start your blog intending to turn a profit, making
supplementary income from your blog may be easier
than you think.

Of course, even for people who have spent months or
years blogging, money from advertising revenue may
not add up to a large sum. The amount of money that
you can make as a blogger depends on a lot of different
factors, but perhaps the most important element of the
equation is the topic of your blog. If your blog is on a
subject that appeals to a demographic that advertisers
have a strong desire to reach, you will be more likely to
be able to turn a large profit on your blog than if your
blog is on a fairly obscure subject that does not draw
the kind of audience that advertisers need to appeal to.
Of course, the only way to find out where you fall on
this spectrum is to try hosting some ads. If you are
already blogging, you have nothing to lose.

Making money with the Internet Trifecta, although never guaranteed, is certainly as effective, or more effective, than most of the other concepts on the market especially when using plug-ins like Another WordPress Classifieds Plug-in. The reason for this has nothing to do with me but rather the three components that make up the trifecta; WordPress, Twitter and YouTube. These three components have incredible power on the web and make provide numerous ways for making money with little or no cost to you; a big bonus for newbies.

Making Money with Your Own Classifieds Department

That’s right! You can have your own classifieds section in your blog for free by downloading a WordPress Plug-in called Another WordPress Classifieds Plug-in. Not a very fancy name but it works like a charm. When I created Forever Young Dating as a demo for my new eBook, ‘The Internet Trifecta”, I decided that having a classifieds section would be a great idea for people looking for companions. I thought it would be difficult to find and install but I was wrong.

Installing The Classifieds Plug-in!

In order to install the plug-in all you need to do is go to Add New on the Plug-ins menu. Then click on the Search menu and type in Another Classified Plug-in. Click to Install. Remember, after installation you need to Activate. Then, WordPress being a very smart program, will remind you to go to the Settings page to configure the plug-in.

Configuring the Settings for Classifieds Ads

In the Settings page for the plug-in you can decide on what to charge for the ads etc. I decided for the purpose of the demo to make it free but if making money using classifieds is one your goals you can set it to whatever you think appropriate. That’s really all there is to it. Take some time but worth the effort. Once you’re done just place the following on a Classifieds Page on your blog – [AWPCPCLASSIFIEDSUI].
